Refund policy

Due to the nature of Enhanced Competitions UK, we do not offer refunds for personal entries.

Once you have entered a competition and sent payment, we will send you your entry confirmation with your entry number.

Once payment has been accepted and located, your number is automatically generated and entered into the relevant competition. This is why no refunds can be offered.

Do not complete the questionnaire/ survey and enter the competition if you are using;

• Someone else's money without permission, as no refunds can be given in any circumstance.
• You are under 18.
• You are using someone else's bank account with their permission, as no refunds can be given in any circumstance.
